How is my monthly fee calculated?

Your fee is based on your annual transaction volume, not your turnover. We count things like sales invoices, supplier payments, card transactions and direct debits, then place you on the band that matches. You only pay for what we actually do.

What's included in the fixed monthly fee?

Year-end accounts, your tax return, VAT submission where applicable, and proactive tax advice throughout the year. Unlimited phone and email support is included, no per-call charges, ever.

Can I call or email as many times as I need to?

Absolutely. We want you to feel free to pick up the phone whenever something comes up. No clock-watching, no extra invoices.

Do I need to visit your office?

Not at all. We can work entirely by phone and email, or meet in person at your home or workplace, whatever suits you best.

I've just started my business, where do I begin?

What accounting software do you use?
